IDF-Uganda is a universal entity, striving for service above self-making the world around us a better place regardless of ethnic groups, race or religious ideologies, a unique non-profit making organization committed to empowering the underprivileged, abused persons, vulnerable children and youths in Uganda .
We are a Youth Led Foundation, Fully registered as a non-profit Organization, Affiliated and open to affiliations with all like minded Organizations worldwide.
Immanuel Development Foundation was fully incorporated by Guarantee in March 2011 in light of the fact that over 15 million youths/children and adolescents in Uganda grow up in very poor families struggling to survive on less than $1 a day.
However, no dollar measurement can convey the hardships of children who are malnourished, whose water is unsafe to drink, who miss school and grow up without ever visiting the inside of a health facility.
We hope that you will consider joining our team through technical, advice, on-site support, be our ambassador of hope, volunteer team or create a fundraising campaign and Financial support to help change lives of children, youths and poor communities in Uganda.
We are a non-denominational, non-political, universal, nonprofit organization/Foundation that serve to meet the needs of children, youths and young women living in poor communities of Uganda, East Africa. Children and youths in Uganda today will be the next generation of leaders, and they are also some of the most vulnerable members of society.
Through our life transforming projects and sponsorship opportunities, we are able to meet the needs of vulnerable children and youths who would otherwise have no access to education and healthcare, and would never live to their full potential in life.
Working with well wishers and community leaders across Uganda, we identify the most vulnerable families and children in need of sponsorship and connect them with sponsors around the world through our sponsorship program. We currently on plan to run two community schools educating more children than before.
We can not be able to accomplish our mission without God’s blessings and the support of our generous donors and partners. I hope that you will explore our gallery to see what we have been able to do and hope to do in the Country.
